cheap cigarettes
Sweet! I was cautiously optimistic that Amarillo voters would reaffirm how they voted in 2005, and I’m very, very happy to see they did. Especially after the fact that it looks like from reading internet headlines, that Kerrville, TX voters voted(in a similar voter referendum like Amarillo, on the same day) in favor of extending their existing partial ban into a comprehensive ban. I’ll take any victories we can get over antis nowadays, since their dirty tactics to campaign for bans annoy me so much. And this is regardless of the type of tactics they may use(i.e. antis exaggerating the ‘workers breathe XX number of cheap cigarettes per work shift’(which btw, Bill Hannegan of St. Louis caught IL antis doing, in their campaigning for the Illinois ban), ‘30 seconds/minutes(insert amount of time here, lol) of SHS will increase your odds of getting lung cancer’, etc.).
